Need Good Pizza
Why is it that the French can't make good pizza? I know the pizza here, or anywhere for that matter, will never taste as good as the original found in Italy, but you'd think it would at least be edible. Here they insist on putting blue cheese and emmental cheese on their pizzas, don't they know what mozzarella is? You can have mozzarella on your pizza but I've found you generally have to specifically ask for it. Even then the base is just not right. The French should really stick to making baguettes and leave it at that.
